Chelsea: Trestle on Tenth now serves fondue on Sunday nights through February 28. A blend of Emmentaler, Gruyère, and Vacherin cheeses comes with bread cubes, speck, bündnerfleisch (a dried meat), steamed potatoes, and cornichons, for $24 per person. [Grub Street]
