Meanwhile, after attending Monday’s Community Board 2 meeting, Fork in the Road reports that the owner of Plan B is splitting the space into a “tavern and salon” called the Blind Barber. And some other half-formed morsels of intel: Sasha Petraske is adding a food and wine program at White Star, and the owner of Bowery Electric and Niagara, Johnny T, is planning to open an oyster bar on East 7th Street.
