David Rockwell designed Wall & Water, the restaurant opening in the new Andaz Wall Street hotel, Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld write in their opening report. Chef Maximo Lopez May “is from Argentina … but the menu (below) takes its inspiration, and most of its cheese and charcuterie, from the Hudson Valley.” Wall & Water is open this week for breakfast; lunch service begins on January 18 and dinner will be available as of January 25.
