David Rockwell designed Wall & Water, the restaurant opening in the new Andaz Wall Street hotel, Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld write in their opening report. Chef Maximo Lopez May “is from Argentina ... but the menu (below) takes its inspiration, and most of its cheese and charcuterie, from the Hudson Valley.” Wall & Water is open this week for breakfast; lunch service begins on January 18 and dinner will be available as of January 25.
