This week Otto introduced a new late-night special to its front enoteca: Between 10 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, $33 gets you a choice of wine bottle (from a list of fifteen) and a plate of antipasti including house-cured salami, rotating cheeses, and rotating house-pickled vegetables.
