First, the latest newcomer in the Chipotle-QdobaBaja Fresh sphere, Oaxaca Mexican Grill (opening soon at 245 Park and 47th Street), sends over its menu. The budding chain is trumpeting a focus on naturally raised meats and recycled building materials. Farther south, Diners Journal brings news that the team behind Park Avenue Winter plans to open a decisively inauthentic Polynesian spot the latest evidence of a tiki trend: Hurricane Club, a 250-seat restaurant, will be located at 360 Park Avenue South (26th Street), where Porcao used to be.
