Thought the pork craze had passed? Not quite! Ardesia, Bar Boulud, and the Breslin are still celebrating the other white meat with pomp and circumstance, as these special dinners go to show.

Ardesia is hosting a Mangalitsa pig dinner on February 28. (You may recall the fatty Mangalitsa causing a feeding frenzy at the Spotted Pig.) $30 gets you a three-course meal featuring a salad with Mangalitsa bacon bits, a “Mangalitsa three-ways” entrée (braised rump, seared tenderloin, and smoked belly), and an apple-graham-crumble dessert. E-mail info@ardesia-ny.com for reservations.
Bar Boulud will host a “Tue Cochon” dinner on February 20. Guest chef Jean Pierre Xiradakis will serve a $175 dinner that will show why his Bourdeaux restaurant, La Tupina, was named the “best bistro in the world” by the International Herald Tribune. Call 212-595-1313, ext.161 to reserve.
• Eater brings word that the Breslin’s chef table will host Suckling Pig Dinners for 8–12 people (three seatings per night). $65 gets you “whole roasted suckling pig, Caesar salad, duck fat roasted potatoes, roasted fennel, salsa rossa and salsa verde, and roasted pumpkin.” Call 646-214-5764 or e-mail chefs.table@thebreslin.com for more information.
