After being ordered to shell out $2.3 million to workers who were illegally paid as little as $1.40 per hour last March, Ollies Noodle Shop has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, listing assets of $563,000 and liabilities of more than $3.7 million. Crain's reports that the chain will continue to operate its three restaurants. Meanwhile, the mystery remains: Was Ollies the Chinese chain that served Tina Fey a bandage-and-bug salad?
