Matthew Settle seems to be following in the footsteps of his Gossip Girl counterpart, Rufus Humphrey. Newly separated from his wife, the actor was seen dining with a younger woman at Hotel Griffou and was supposedly reduced to name-dropping in an effort to impress her. (Dan would be so ashamed).
