PX This hears that Shea Gallante (formerly of Cru) has left the gig he took in June as David Bouley’s corporate chef, and Feast confirms that the split occurred in December. The move was a bit of a head-scratcher to begin with — we’ll see if Gallante goes back to contemplating his own thing, or whether or not someone else scoops up the young heavy hitter.
