You’ll recall Anita Lo’s flagship, Annisa, closed last July 4 after a kitchen fire, just months after she shuttered Bar Q. The timing was especially painful because Lo’s stint on Top Chef Masters could’ve boosted business, and a plan to reopen in the fall proved overly optimistic. But that’s all in the past now, because Annisa reopens tomorrow. The new menu, as you can see below, includes some old favorites as well as new items reflecting Lo’s recent travels, such as grapefruit, candied fennel, and elderflower with almond-milk Jelly. The layout of the room remains the same, but at the street-level bar there’ll now be a proper bar menu. Check out our slideshow to see what she’s done with the place. Annisa will be open for dinner from Monday through Saturday, 5:30 p.m. till 10:30 p.m., and on Sunday, 5:30 p.m. till 9:30 p.m.
