A veritable who’s who of the hipster restaurant elite come together this month in aid of victims of February’s earthquake in Chile. Freemans, Lovely Day, La Esquina, the Smile, and Vinegar Hill House are all adding something Chilean to their menus — from empanadas to a 2008 Cartagena Riesling. The fund-raiser runs from April 5 through 19, with all proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity’s Chilean rebuilding efforts.
