Mark Bittman takes a turn in front of the Big Think camera today, and in addition to discussing his menu choices for Adolf Hitler and Barack Obama (different dinners), the food writer discloses a healthy belief in his own abilities: “I don’t want to have to convince anybody that what I’m making is good. I know it’s good. I usually enjoy it. If someone enjoys eating, they’ll enjoy eating the stuff I cook. If they don’t, something’s wrong somewhere.”
