Collective Hardware Malfunctions

Artists’ collective and underground-party spot Collective Hardware has been shut out of its three-story space on the Bowery. A rep for the building’s owner tells the Post that the artists who run the space owe over $1 million in rent. According to New York’s guide to the new Bowery, Andy Yang was planning to open an outpost of Rhong-Tiam in the space, along with a rooftop lounge — it’s uncertain what will become of those plans.
