Fatty 'Cue’s beverage manager, Adam Schuman, can hardly crack a beer without dusting the rim in chile powder, so it makes sense that when it comes to the pickle back, he isn’t leaving well enough alone. In addition to the late-night specials that already involve a shot of pickle juice, he tells us he’s adding a trio of Mekhong liquor, Singha beer, and a shot of pineapple-pickle juice. In the near future, he’ll also be pairing bacon-infused bourbon with a shot of watermelon-pickle juice. Bacon, bourbon, and pickles all in one mouthful? Our head just exploded.
