Take a look inside the Limelight Marketplace. During a preview party tomorrow tonight, invited guests will have one last chance to party down in these hallowed halls and puke in the courtyard before it becomes a farmers’ market. Then the shops open on Friday at 1 p.m. What won’t be opening, however, is the Manhattan location of Grimaldi’s — we’re told that the oven won’t be ready for another few weeks. When it does launch, it’ll indeed operate 24/7. But don’t expect to be able to stumble into the dining room — from 7 p.m. till 11 a.m. slices will only be available via a takeout window on Sixth Avenue. And yes, we did just say slices — Grimaldi’s is doing them for the first time here.

Among the vendors that have been announced since New York published the most recent lineup and floor plan are Petrossian caviar and Williamsburg cooking shop Whisk!. As Flo Fab reminds us, two restaurant spaces are still waiting to be leased— maybe Michael Alig is interested?
