Adam Roberts, proprietor of blog the Amateur Gourmet and author of a collection of essays of the same name, has picked up a second book deal. This time it’s a cookbook — from Keller- and Ripert-publishing powerhouse Artisan Books, no less — and its mysterious contents involve Roberts crisscrossing the country for the next year doing research.
