Taïm’s winning concoction.
After a methodologically rigorous assessment of New York’s highest-profile falafel vendors, Serious Eats named Taïm “The Best Falafel Sandwich in New York City.” Considering that Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld included the sandwich in their roundup of New York’s 101 best (the only falafel to make the list), we’ll take this as a very strong vote for its superiority over all others. Serious Eats handed the sandwich a whopping 45 out of a possible 50 points, and a near-perfect score for the “improbably light” falafel balls themselves. [Serious Eats NY]
