The Orange County Choppers Roadhouse isn’t the only side project Aureole chef Christopher Lee has been lending his talents to: Las Chicas Locas, which opened in December of 2008 in Chelsea’s Four Points by Sheraton, has announced that Lee is now a primary partner. We’re told owner R.T. Agnew, a friend of Lee, brought him onboard in May, and he’s installed Aureole colleague Kathryn Busch as executive chef. You can find the new menu here.
