While Fork in the Road praises Honeychiles as “some of the best bar food in Brooklyn,” another southern-minded Williamsburg pop-up is taking off. Dennis Ngo of An Choi tells us that he and his colleagues at his side project, HNH BBQ, sold out of 60 pounds of brisket and 70 links of Meyer sausage during a three-hour stint at Trophy Bar, and they’re now making the same leap that Asiadog did — to the Brooklyn Flea. They’ll be there every Saturday until August 28 (minus August 14, when they’ll be at the Nike World Basketball Festival at Rucker Park). This week’s menu will be the same as their previous one, but expect future specials like smoked bacon and pastrami.
