Grimaldi’s still hasn’t opened in the Limelight Marketplace (that’ll happen “in the next month or so,” a rep tells us), and the mall has yet to find an operator for its additional restaurant space (they’re still talking to “big names,” according to the same rep), but this weekend, it’ll get an outdoor burger joint that’s already likening itself to the nearby Shake Shack. Bruce Caulfield, operator of Tracks Bar and Grill in Penn Station, will serve the same char-grilled burger and grilled-chicken sandwiches he once offered at the tiny Bruce’s Burger at 1 Penn Plaza, plus lobster and pulled-pork sliders. There’ll also be a skirt steak in garlic and parsley sauce. We’re told the tented courtyard (which can seat about 90) will be open from 10 p.m. till 11 a.m. 11 a.m. till 10 p.m. at first. Beer will be served, and of course there’ll be wine, too — Caulfield also plans to open Cana Wine Bar inside the Marketplace in the next weeks.
