Get ready for some class-A entertainment at tonight’s Community Board 2 meeting: In addition to possible new projects from Carlos Suarez, Gabriel Stulman, and Miami’s Santo, EV Grieve thinks global chain Segafredo Zanetti Espresso might be taking over an old tire fix shop on the Bowery and worries it might bring the clubby aspects of the chain’s South Beach location. Also on the agenda: The notoriously vacant Señor Swanky’s space finally has a suitor (we’ll find out who’s behind GMT New York tonight), as does the shuttered Upper West Side location, which will become Bar Cotto.
