Brother Jimmy’s is the latest restaurant to be sued for wage violations. According to a complaint obtained by Eater, four employees claim they were paid a flat rate that didn’t account for overtime. They’re seeking compensation for ten overtime hours per week, for “a span of years.” If they worked there that long, they deserve some kind of reward.
