As food challenges go, Cabrito’s new one seems way easier than Hill Country’s, and Zak Pelaccio will almost certainly regret offering to pick up the tab for anyone who eats more than fourteen tacos in an hour (that’s the current high mark set by a regular — the bar will presumably be raised every time someone sets a new record). Take it from someone who downed 24.5 tacos in eleven minutes at the world taco-eating championship in 2004. And that was without the aid of tequila. Get to this one while you can.
