If you don’t feel like going to Texas for your deep-fried beer and deep-fried salad, listen up. Today, Clinton Hill Blog hears tell of a new place serving fried pizza on Myrtle Avenue, while Wandering Foodie sits in on a taping of the Food Network’s Outrageous Food and finds the Chip Shop doing fried sushi (we’re no strangers to that!), fried blood sausage, fried lox bagels, and (in another nod to Chester Cheetah cuisine) fried Cheetos! Hopefully this isn’t a trend — but if it is, can we at least get some fried Ipswich clams like at the wonderful Bigelow’s of Rockville Centre, Long Island?
