Treats Truck proprietor Kim Ima has an awfully busy year coming up. Not only is the master baker opening a brick-and-mortar store in early 2011, she’s also sold a cookbook. The Treats Truck Baking Book was picked up for publication by William Morrow, reports Publishers Marketplace, who can’t help but add the note that Ima’s truck “serves a lot of New York publishing houses.”
