Ed Brown Takes Corporate Gig With Restaurant Associates

Ed Brown, who opened Eds Chowder House along with Jeffrey Chodorow shortly before his restaurant Eighty One shuttered in March, has taken a corporate gig, as senior vice-president of food and beverage for Restaurant Associates, the company that operates the Wright at the Guggenheim, the Petrie Court Caf at the Museum of Art, the Dining Room at the Morgan Library, at64 at Alice Tully Hall, as well as other cafs in cultural institutions around the country. Brown had previously worked with the group when he was executive chef at the Sea Grill, a former Restaurant Associates property.
