That new location of Southern Hospitality isn’t the only thing coming to the Times Square area — this morning we noticed that Maoz has put up some signage indicating it’ll be taking over the space at Eighth Avenue between 44th and 45th that was briefly inhabited by another chain, Pizza Roma. With all the 99-cent slices in the area, you knew this was doomed. Score one for the vegivores!
