This week’s magazine introduces you to Compose, the new Tribeca restaurant that’s keeping things decidedly small, from the chef’s-tasting-menu-size portions to the number of dinner guests served each night (ten). Chef Nick Curtin’s menu changes daily, but here’s a representative sample, plus the selection of bar snacks available for those just dropping in for a “dialogue-based” cocktail.
