If you’re planning to hit Hung Ry anytime soon, you may want to show up early. Though the hand-pulled noodle joint normally closes at midnight, the chairs were up on the tables and the lights out at 9:45 p.m. last night. Owner Amadeus Bogner told us he wasn’t expecting yesterday’s four-star review and got slammed so hard that the prep cooks had trouble keeping up.
