We were okay with recalls when they were un-fun foods like spinach and peanut butter. But gingerbread houses?! Come on, Whole Foods! (The houses are from the same bakery responsible for a larger pastry recall.) Oh well, at least the news is only really getting out now, so Christmas wasn’t totally ruined. Unless of course you ate one of the gingerbread houses, in which case the Staphylococcus Aureus bacterium may have given you food poisoning. Oops! [FDA via Circle of Food]
