Yahoos Cutline reports that this Wednesday, hell retire his thirteen-year-old "Minimalist" column in order to branch out into an online (and occasionally in-print) Opinion column thatll tackle food policy, environmentally sustainable eating, and issues at the intersection of diet and health every Wednesday. Hell also be writing a two-page On Food column for the new Times Magazine. "Minimalist" fans can rest easy his TV show of the same name will debut on the Cooking Channel in March.
