Last month we brought word of Fatta Cuckoo, a seasonal Italian restaurant cheffed by Brett Ackerman of Marlow & Sons and Diner. The build-out (which married-couple owners Martin Kirchoff and Leah Tinari did largely by themselves) is pretty much complete, and Tinari tells us she expects to debut the place next week.
