When we visited Red Rooster last week, Andrew Carmellini and partner Luke Ostrom were in the house after a planning session for the Dutch. Zagat Buzz now spots Ryan Skeen in the dining room, packed at 6:30 p.m. on a Monday. That blog has a photo of the downstairs lounge, which will open in the next six weeks, and reports that Marcus Samuelsson will speak about “food deserts” at Davos, the genius retreat that Dan Barber appeared at last year.
