A year after the closing of Tavern on the Green, Diner’s Journal reports that Donald Trump and the head of the union whose demands caused Dean Poll to abandon a reopening have struck a five-year agreement. But the city says it “has not had any discussions with possible restaurant operators,” and it remains to be seen whether they’ll go with Trump or open the property (that now houses food trucks) to bids.
