Well, this is a welcome development: A rep for Prime Meats e-mails to say that the restaurant has begun accepting Visa and MasterCard in addition to American Express. That should make both diners and Sam Sifton very happy: As you may recall, the cash-only policy was one of the critic’s few complaints when he awarded the place two stars last spring.
