Dean Street has a former Spotted Pig chef in the kitchen, and it looks like the wait for a table is already on par with the Pig, if Fork in the Road’s report is to be believed: On Saturday night, “the host promised an hour-and-a-half-long wait for a table,” though it ended up being twenty. And this on Yelp: “When Josh and I arrived there at 1:30 on Sunday, everyone and their grandmother was there. Josh and I waited a full ten minutes before the host acknowledged our presence.” [Fork in the Road/VV]
