First Look at Seasons, Now Serving (You Guessed It!) Seasonal Fare in Brooklyn Heights
Photo: Melissa Hom
Tuhin Dutta, a restaurant consultant and creative force behind Astoria's L'artiste, opened Seasons in Brooklyn Heights last week. Why Brooklyn Heights? He tells us he wants to "do creative cuisine outside Manhattan and have a market for it," and by "creative cuisine" he means seasonal New American dishes like ricotta soup with tomato granite as well as his take on Baked Alaska. Dutta’s plating adds a delicate touch to the truffle-risotto cake, which otherwise might be mistaken for a giant arancini. Click through our slideshow to see the exposed brick, mahogany-colored tables, and clean wooden floors, and check out the menus below.
