It’s that time of year again: The city’s ultimate nautical bar, the Frying Pan, usually reopens for the season on May 1, but it’s been known to open earlier on a whim and with the warmth of a fire pit. Word from the good ship is that it’ll be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day next Thursday (“no party; we’re just opening [for the day]”), so climb aboard for an early taste of summer.
