Boerum Hill: On the day of the full moon each month, Italian Lunetta transforms into a Japanese restaurant and ramen bar — it’s happening this Saturday at lunch. Make sure to get there between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; it will be an Italian restaurant again by nightfall. [Brooklyn Based]

East Village: Eat fried chicken and drink for Japan! Starting today for the next month, the team behind Terroir and Hearth will offer Hearth line cook Yoshi’s Fried Chicken ($6 per order) at Terroir and Terroir Tribeca and a specialty cocktail at Hearth, all sales of which will benefit Japanese relief. [Grub Street]

Tribeca: Mehtaphor joins the Japan relief efforts as well. All of tonight’s proceeds from 6 to 8 p.m. will go directly to the Japanese Red Cross. [Grub Street]

Upper West Side: If you’re not doing the whole St. Paddy’s Day drinking thing tomorrow, join a more refined discussion about the city’s history of late-night drinking and debauchery at the Museum of Arts and Design, called “Nightlife: An Oral History of NYC Club Culture.” The event starts at 7 p.m.; tickets are $6 for museum members and $8 for non-members. West Village: After a two-day close to revamp their kitchen, Jeffrey’s reopens today. [Eater NY]
