Nathan Myhrvold’s gargantuan Modernist Cuisine may be currently sold out of its first print run, but that isn’t stopping him from getting the jump on selling out the second run, which, according to Crain’s, is currently en route to the States. He’s doing a bunch of media appearances in New York, including one this morning on Today (which we totally called back in February).
