Everyone's busy, but some are even busier. Whoopi Goldberg tried to snag a quick table at Ollie's but left when they couldn't accommodate her schedule. James Franco, perhaps the personification of busy, managed to find time for a relaxed, social dinner at Fatta Cuckoo.
