In these pop-up heady times, no one seems more cuckoo for peripatetic suppers than Laurent Gras. You’ll recall that chef has already partnered recently with Andrew Carmellini, Paul Liebrandt of Corton, and BLT Fish. And today we’ve learned that Gras will team up with none other than Momofuku Ko, for a two-night run June 14 and 15. At his triple-Michelin-starred L20 in Chicago, Gras favored seafood prepared in Asian-leaning ways, so we can only imagine the fourteen-course explosion of awesomeness this repast is sure to be. Of course, with only twelve spots per night, golden tickets will be hard to come by, even at $225 a head (with optional $125 wine pairing). You can roll the dice for a seat by visiting Momofuku’s website at 10 a.m. the morning of June 1 and e-mailing the special address that will be revealed then. [Momofuku]
