East Village: Michael “Bao” Huynh’s space at 115 St. Marks Place is under renovation yet again and is on the docket for Monday night’s CB3/SLA meeting under the name the Saint Marks Red House, marking his third restaurant in the space this year, after he changed DOB111 to Barbao back in January.
