As the news still sinks in that Soul Daddy is no more, our day was nevertheless made brighter when we learned that David Rees took the stage at this past weekend’s Solid Sound festival and told the audience about his own America’s Next Great Restaurant concept, Kale City. (An idea birthed here on this very site!) Anyway, the crowd seems into it, so maybe there’s still hope that we’ll see Kale City become a reality.
