Apparently Miami Heat player and recent NBA Finals loser Dwyane Wade was once in the employ of KFC (hopefully back when those letters actually stood for Kentucky Fried Chicken). Anyway, the giant chicken chain has written a publicity stunt an open letter to the Miami Heat guard, offering him his old gig back while the NBA lockout continues. He can be “an honorary captain at a local KFC drive-thru window.” Come on, Dwyane: You know nobody can resist the pull of fried chicken. [TMZ via Zagat Buzz]
