Watch a Clip From Ludo Bites America, Debuting Tonight

Tonight marks the debut of Ludo Bites America, Sundance Channel’s new show all about French chef Ludo Lefebvre, L.A.’s undisputed leader of the pop-up restaurant phenomenon. The show follows Lefebvre and his wife Krissy as they travel around the country attempting “to reinvent American cuisine.” From what we’ve seen, that means they do their pop-up in places like Santa Fe and Omaha, and Lefebvre swears when things go wrong. Anyway, check out the clip below to watch a calmer-than-usual Lefebvre explain his plans for a poblano ice cream, and tell a restaurant crew how many languages he speaks (Spoiler: it’s French, and “half English”). The full episode airs tonight at 9 p.m.
