Over at Diner’s Journal, we hear that Jennifer Aniston and other Il Buco fans can now enjoy Il Buco Alimentari and Vineria, at 53 Great Jones Street, a little store and wine bar around the corner from the original Il Buco restaurant. The spinoff will sell olive oils, pastas, and cured meats, and be offering a few tables for small plates, vino, and espressos. Balsamic vinegar barrels are being installed, too. In other small birth announcements, STK is launching STK OUT, a casual, milkshake-y to-go joint, on 43rd Street. Back in Brooklyn, Grub learns that Foragers Market in Dumbo is opening a small boutique inside the gourmet grocery store for cookbooks, food magazines, and high-end housewares. [Diner’s Journal/NYT]
