It might be tough to get food-truck eats these days in midtown, but the horrors of Times Square are about to be assuaged with a boost to the casual dining scene in the form of four new concessions. The Times Square Alliance today announced the winning bidders for the food stands, and New York favorite Salumè is in the mix, along with Rickshaw Dumpling Bar, Snack Box (from Jonathan Morr of Republic and BONDST), plus Argentine empanada newcomer Nuchas. Great news for all, but prepare for lines.
