Financial District: The downtown Luke’s Lobster location just told Grub good news: they got their beer license! They’ll be serving up brews as of today. Lower East Side: If you didn’t get your fill of mobile meals at the annual food truck festival in August, mark your calendars for October 2: Truck Yeah, a “mobile meet-up” celebrating trucks that serve food and art around the city, is happening in the LES. Midtown: Fifty chefs from around the world will gather in Times Square for a two-day Chinese culinary competition on September 22 and 23.
