Anna Wintour’s Fashion’s Night Out keeps getting bigger each year, and this time around, we’re tempted to start calling it Foodie’s Night Out, thanks to the plethora of exciting eating and drinking events. So many fashion and beauty brands have teamed up with restaurants, food trucks, and even the Hester Street Fair (which moves to Henri Bendel for the night) that we had trouble keeping it all straight — so we made this handy map. From a Marcus Samuelsson pop-up to a special McQueen cocktail at Mary Queen of Scots, here’s where to indulge your inner fashionista and inner foodie tonight.
The Corner Shop Café above the VAULT at Pfaff’s will serve wine cocktails, celebrating the spring lines with sparkling quaffs in colors such as gold, green, and pink ($8).
The Hester Street Fair is coming to midtown for FNO, when over 50 independent vendors will set up shop in Henri Bendel, from 3 to 11 p.m. Hester Street regulars like Mighty Balls, as well as newcomers such as Ayinde Howell’s pop-up Wildflower, will be there serving a variety of food options. Try a signature paleta from gourmet ice pop stand La Newyorkina, or First Prize Pies’ special FNO flavor, “The Henri,” for dessert.
The Plaza Food Hall and designer Daniella Kallmeyer will pair up on Thursday, September 8, to kick off Fashion Week with the premiere of the restaurant’s special menu for the occasion. Try the new dishes, sip champagne, browse Kallmeyer’s new collection, and more, from 6 to 11 p.m.
Enjoy cocktails named for designers ($9.08) and Japanese fare at the Gansevoort Hotel’s Carte Blanche Café & Bar, plus complimentary manicures and massages from Exhale Spa.
Levi’s will celebrate the grand opening of its newest store on 34th Street with an evening inspired by the brand’s all-American look. Canard will cater the event, and highlights include a “Cowboy Carving Station,” a macaroni-and-cheese bar, ice-cream cones, and specialty cocktails. Levi’s meatpacking and Soho stores will also feature FNO specials, such as spiked Sno-Cones by mixologist Ryan Maerz and spiced popcorn.
DeBeers will serve hors d’oeuvres from Canard alongside their collection of diamonds, in keeping with their theme of “Love, Marriage, Equality” for Fashion’s Night Out.

If you’re lamenting the close of “Savage Beauty” at the Met (or couldn’t make it past the long lines to see the exhibit), honor Alexander McQueen at Mary Queen of Scots on FNO. John McCarthy will debut “The McQueen,” a new cocktail to be featured on the bar’s fall menu in honor of the designer.
Japanese restaurant BONDST will serve their popular spicy tuna roll with a peach shochu cocktail for $10 on Thursday, September 8. They’re also giving away a free T-shirt (in the spirit of Fashion Week) sporting the restaurant’s logo to the first 100 people who check into the event on Facebook.
Marcus Samuelsson (Red Rooster) will debut his pop-up café at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall on Thursday, with music from Q001 D.J. Marv and a meet-and-greet with designer Prajje Jean-Baptiste, of Prajje 1983. The café will feature dishes from Global Street Food; open daily, from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., through September 15.
Eddie Huang of Baohaus will start Fashion’s Night Out at Comme des Garçons, where he will cook Okinawan rafute and adobo chicken from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Huang will spend the second half of the evening at Sigerson Morrison, serving up modern twists on hearty classics like brownies, chili nachos, and macaroni and cheese.
If you’re craving something sweet this week, try a milk chocolate passion fruit or caramel fleur de sel macaron at Francois Payard, part of a limited-edition collection created in honor of FNO.
The Meatball Shop owners Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow will celebrate the 40th anniversary of All-Clad and FNO at Bloomingdale’s uptown location (59th Street), Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Lyon Bouchon Moderne’s “Burger & Bubbly” is a Fashion’s Night Out special you don’t want to miss, even if it means ending your night there: get a classic Bouchon Burger (with fries, of course) and a glass of champagne for $20.
Two Mexicue trucks will park outside of Billy Reid’s flagship store (54 Bond Street) on Thursday, where the designer will celebrate FNO with live performances from musicians like Keegan DeWitt and Cory Chisel. Visitors can purchase a limited-edition Mexicue T-shirt, designed by Billy Reid, for the event ($48).
